Recipe:
2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions:
Mash the bananas but make sure they are a bit lumpy to keep the pancakes fluffy.
In a separate bowl whisk the eggs and baking powder together.
Add to the bananas and mix it all together.
Fry in a small amount of oil.
Serving suggestions:
Agave nectar or apple sauce
